Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 550 g sausage, chorizo or other spicy smoked sausage
- 350 ml red wine, dry
- 1 bay leaf

Spanish tapa (sausage cooked in red wine)
Add the sausage to a pan with the red wine and bay leaf. Cover and simmer for about 10-15 minutes, until the wine has thickened slightly. Remove the sausage from the pan and slice it. Stir the sausage slices back into the wine and serve immediately.
