Swedish Korv Stroganoff with peppers and mushrooms

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g meat sausage, cut into strips
  • 1 onion(s), sliced
  • 100 g fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper(s), sliced
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 dl milk
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Spicy recipe with meat sausage

Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan and lightly fry the sausage. Then remove it from the pan and quickly fry the onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Add the sausage and stir in the tomato paste. Now add the milk and let everything simmer gently for a few minutes. Season with soy sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika. In my opinion, rice goes best with this dish, but it goes well with almost anything!
