Scandinavian cookies
Beat the egg, egg yolk, butter, sugar, and salt until creamy. Combine the flour and baking powder, sift, and fold in. Divide the dough and shape into two approximately 35 cm long logs. Chill for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Cut the dough into slices, brush with egg white, and sprinkle with sugar. Bake the cookies for about 10 minutes, immediately sprinkle with cinnamon, and let cool completely. Heat the jelly and spread it on half of the cookies. Place one uncoated cookie on top of each cookie and decorate with dark and white chocolate coating, if desired.
