Norwegian-style flatbread rolls

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 can of dough, ready for rolls
  • Cream cheese with herbs
  • Salmon, smoked
  • Dill, for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Starter, quickly prepared

Separate the bread dough and let it rest at room temperature. Roll out each piece of dough on a floured surface. Score the surface in a diamond shape. Brush with a little water and dust lightly with flour. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Place the flatbreads on the sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool briefly. Spread the flatbreads with herb cream cheese, top with smoked salmon, and garnish with dill. Serve while still warm.
