Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tomato(s), aromatic, peeled, pitted, in small pieces
  • 1 onion(s), mild, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • 2 tsp oregano, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Whisk together the oil, white wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper. Pour over the tomatoes and toss the salad briefly. Cover and chill.
