Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tomatoes, sliced
  • 100 g cheese, semi-hard sheep cheese, coarsely chopped or sliced
  • Coriander, chopped fresh
  • olive oil
  • 2 lemons, halved
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Tomato salad with cheese

Arrange the tomato slices in a shallow bowl and top with the cheese. Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve with oil, lemon halves, and salt and pepper for everyone to add to their salad.
