Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 375 ml water
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 300 g flour (type 405)
  • 300 g corn flour, fine
  • 1 sachet of dry yeast

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix the two types of flour thoroughly, but do not pour it into the bowl yet. Add all ingredients to the bowl in the specified order—wet ingredients first, then dry ingredients. Sprinkle the yeast on top. Select the program: White bread, speed II (750 g), medium browning. This bread tastes great with cheese and also delicious with jam!
