Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g milk powder (whole milk powder), to mix with water
  • 220 g condensed milk, sweetened
  • e.g. powdered sugar
  • 40 cloves, not to be eaten, only for flavoring and decoration

Combine the condensed milk and milk powder in a mixer fitted with the dough hook attachment. Gradually add the powdered sugar until the mixture has the consistency of marzipan and is no longer sticky. Scoop out small portions and form into balls, attaching the clove. Let it dry slightly at room temperature, then transfer to a sealable container and let it sit for 1-2 days. It’s easy to prepare ahead of time; do not refrigerate or bake. Do not eat the clove; it’s for flavor and decoration only. This yields approximately 40 balls, which are perfect as chocolates or desserts. They also look great on a buffet.
