Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g condensed milk, sweetened
  • 30 g butter
  • 80 g desiccated coconut
  • Grease for the hands

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Brazilian confectionery

Pour the condensed milk into a small saucepan and add the butter. Heat gently, stirring constantly, but do not boil. After about 15-20 minutes, the cream will thicken. Transfer to a plate and let cool completely. With lightly greased hands, form small balls. Roll in desiccated coconut and refrigerate until ready to serve.
