Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ tbsp oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 pork loin steak(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 8 hours 25 minutes

Mix together the lemon juice, crushed garlic cloves, oregano, salt, pepper, gyro seasoning, and olive oil to make a marinade. Quarter each pork loin steak and let it marinate overnight. The next day, place it on a skewer and let it sit at room temperature for two hours. Grill in the Optigrill using the steak program until golden brown.
