Translation of a Japanese recipe

Thinly slice the onion. Drain and rinse the shirataki noodles, then cook in hot, salted water for about 3 minutes to remove the slightly fishy smell. Peel the ginger and finely dice it. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the ginger. Then add the minced meat and fry until golden brown. Deglaze with the sake. Add the onion and shirataki noodles. Stir well to coat with oil. Add the sugar and sauté until the onions are translucent. Finally, add the soy sauce and continue cooking until the shirataki noodles have absorbed the flavor.
