Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g pork fillet(s)
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- ½ onion(s)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 sprigs of rosemary, fresh
- 1 tsp oregano, dried
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 13 minutes
Trim the pork fillet and slice it like the onion. Combine all ingredients in a container, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 24 hours. Heat a nonstick pan until very hot. Fry the pan-fried gyros in batches, without adding any additional fat, for 2-3 minutes. Serve with French fries and coleslaw. 1200 kcal per serving.
