Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large pineapple
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • 100 g sugar
  • n. B. seasonal fruits (e.g. papaya or mango, etc.)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pineapple with mint sugar

Quarter the pineapple and slice it thinly. Arrange it decoratively on the plate and garnish with seasonal fruit. Grind the mint and sugar in a mortar until the sugar turns green. Then sprinkle the sugar over the fruit.
