Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g ladyfingers
- 175 g margarine
- 1 pack of jelly (lemon flavor)
- 1 cup of lukewarm water
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 lemon(s)
- 500 ml cream

For the base, crumble the sponge fingers into small pieces, mix with the margarine, and press firmly into a cake tin. Then, mix the lemon jelly with a cup of lukewarm water (it must be dissolved) and let it stand for 10 minutes. Then, heat it in a saucepan with 4 tablespoons of sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Then, add 200g of cream cheese and the juice of one lemon. Stir everything until lump-free. Then, whip 1/2 liter of cream until stiff peaks form (usually 2.5 cups) and slowly fold it into the lukewarm mixture. Spread the mixture over the base and smooth it down. Refrigerate overnight.
