Brazilian crispy apple casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 cup(s) apples, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 cup flour (whole wheat flour)
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup nuts, grated
  • ½ cup oil
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the first four ingredients together and pour into a greased casserole dish. Mix the topping ingredients together and fill the dish. Bake at medium heat for about 30 minutes, until the casserole is a nice brown color. You can also make this casserole with other fruits (e.g., pears or peaches).
