Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pieces of toast (toasties)
  • 500 g asparagus, thinner, cooked
  • 150 g bacon (breakfast bacon), sliced
  • 4 eggs
  • some butter
  • Hollandaise sauce, ready-made product or homemade
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Treat for breakfast

Briefly toast the toasties in the toaster and brush with a little butter. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy, then fry the asparagus in the same way. Fry the eggs. Top the toasties first with the bacon, then with the asparagus, and then with a fried egg. Finally, drizzle with some warmed hollandaïce sauce and serve with freshly ground black pepper.
