Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter with pieces
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • maple syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat the milk, stir in the peanut butter, and let it cool to lukewarm. Combine the flour, baking powder, and sugar, then add the eggs and quickly mix with a fork. Add the milk mixture and cook small pancakes in a nonstick pan. Serve with maple syrup and vanilla ice cream.
