Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 100g salami
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 125 g margarine
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 125 ml water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely dice the bell peppers and salami. Chop the onion. Add the margarine and all the listed ingredients to the onion and whisk for 2 minutes. Fold in the bell peppers and salami. Bake the waffles over medium heat. Serve with salad and herb curd.
