Venezuelan ham sandwich

Place the flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Activate the yeast with water and let it stand for 10 minutes. Add the yeast, 1 egg, butter, and milk to the flour and knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it stand in a warm place for 1 hour, until it has doubled in size. Roll out thinly on a floured surface. Spread the ham on top. Add the olives, sultanas, and bacon, if desired. Roll up the bread and seal the ends tightly. Let the bread rise for 1 hour. Beat the other egg and brush it over the bread. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
