Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml milk
  • 40 g oat flakes (whole grain)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 10 g honey
  • 10 g butter
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the milk in a saucepan. Stir in the oats. Add the salt and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Then simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sweeten with honey. Pour into a small bowl and sprinkle with the butter and cinnamon. Serve immediately.
