Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g Chinese egg noodles
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 small cucumber(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 dash of soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

is quick and easy

Cook the Chinese noodles briefly (2 minutes) and transfer them to a bowl. Finely chop the onion, peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and cut the cucumber into small pieces. Drain the tuna and mix everything with the mayonnaise into the noodles. Finally, season with a little soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
