Turkey strips with curry

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 360 g turkey breast fillet(s)
  • 3 tsp poultry seasoning mix
  • 3 tsp oil
  • 3 bell pepper(s), red
  • 150 g peas, frozen
  • 100 ml orange juice, sugar-free
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the turkey breast fillet into strips, sprinkle with the poultry seasoning, and sear in hot oil. Dice the bell peppers and add them to the meat along with the peas. Measure the orange juice and pour in the water, then simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Then add the sour cream and stir until blended. Season to taste with curry powder, salt, and pepper. Serve with rice.
