Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g peas, frozen
  • 4 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mushy peas, English recipe

Bring the peas to a boil in lightly salted water and simmer for about 3 minutes, then drain. Place the peas in a blender with cream and butter and puree until smooth, but not too finely; it’s best to leave a few small pieces. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
