Apple and sour cream cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 2 apples
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cream the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the flour and baking powder. Spread the batter into a greased springform pan. Peel the apples, cut them into small pieces, and lightly press them into the batter. Pre-bake the cake at 175°C for 15 minutes. Mix the sour cream, sugar, and eggs into a glaze and pour it over the cake after the 15 minutes of pre-baking. Bake the cake for another 50 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
