Feta cheese from the pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g sheep’s cheese or feta cheese
  • e.g. olive oil
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • n. B. Olives, black and green
  • n. B. Pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat olive oil in a pan. Peel and chop the garlic. Peel the onion and slice into half rings. Add it to the pan and fry briefly. Place the feta cheese in the center and fry it. Wash the tomatoes, halve them, and slice them into rings. Add them along with the olives and peppers. Cover and fry until the feta cheese is soft. Serve hot. Tastes best from the pan – with baguette or ciabatta.
