Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g feta cheese
- 600 ml sour cream
- 2 tbsp dill
- 200 ml cream
- 1 salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 9 sheets of gelatin
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes
Feta cheese pie
Soak the gelatin in cold water. Line a terrine dish with cling film. Puree the feta cheese with the sour cream, stir in the spices and dill, and season to taste. Whip the cream until stiff. Squeeze out the gelatin well, dissolve it in the warm water, and stir it into the feta cheese mixture. Fold in the cream. Pour the mixture into the terrine dish and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
