Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 dash of cream
- 2 cloves garlic, squeezed (or more if needed)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl or mash it with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Add enough crème fraîche to reach the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper. Add a little tomato paste or garlic, if desired. In my opinion, only real feta cheese, not the cheaper cow’s milk version, brings out the full flavor. Tastes great with bread or grilled food.
