Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tbsp oat flakes, e.g. slightly melting
- 250 ml soy milk (soy drink), (natural/vanilla soy drink, soy rice drink or similar)
- 1 pinch of salt
- Sugar, e.g. cane sugar

Bring the oat flakes to a boil with the soy milk and salt, then remove from the heat and let it swell for a few minutes. Then pour the porridge into a deep bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Tip: Try different variations, such as fresh berries, canned fruit like tangerines and pineapple, applesauce, or dried fruit.
