Porridge – simple and delicious

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp oat flakes, e.g. slightly melting
  • 250 ml soy milk (soy drink), (natural/vanilla soy drink, soy rice drink or similar)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Sugar, e.g. cane sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bring the oat flakes to a boil with the soy milk and salt, then remove from the heat and let it swell for a few minutes. Then pour the porridge into a deep bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Tip: Try different variations, such as fresh berries, canned fruit like tangerines and pineapple, applesauce, or dried fruit.
