Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 pieces of poultry meat (pigeon breast)
- 1 cup flour
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- Butter for frying
- e.g. toast bread
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
English breakfast dish
Mix the flour with the spices and coat the pigeon breasts in it. Melt some butter in a pan and fry the pigeon breasts over low heat for 10 minutes. Serve on toast.
