A very hearty Irish breakfast. Food for the whole day.

First, preheat the oven to approximately 80°C and prepare several ovenproof plates. Then, place the bacon strips and a little butter in a cold pan and set the stove to the second-highest heat. Once the bacon is cooked through, place it in the oven, then place the bangers directly in the same pan and then back in the oven. Now brown the ham, using the melted fat from the previous dish. Then add it to the oven and the mushrooms to the hot pan. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and lemon juice and keep warm in the oven. At the same time, heat the beans in a saucepan. Halve the tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and fry in the pan. Place in the oven to simmer and keep warm. Now you can make the toast. At the same time, cut the black and white puddings into slices about 1 cm thick and fry in the pan with a little butter (or bacon fat) until they look nice and shiny on both sides. Then keep warm in the oven. Finally, fried the eggs and arrange everything on plates. Spread the toast with salted butter, drizzle with bitter orange marmalade, and top with black pudding. Serve with freshly squeezed orange juice and Irish coffee.
