Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 apples
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper, ground
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 125 g sweet cream
- 2 tbsp horseradish

goes well with grilled meat
Peel, core, and puree the apples. Heat the applesauce, then gradually stir in the spices, cream, and horseradish. Serve the sauce hot with all kinds of grilled meats.
