Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 onion(s), red
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 3 tbsp red wine
- 4 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
- 150 g sheep’s cheese
- 50 g olives, black
- ½ tsp oregano, dried
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Tastes very good in summer
Wash the tomatoes, cut them into eighths, and remove the stems. Wash, peel, and slice the cucumber. Halve the bell pepper and remove the stems, ribs, and seeds. Wash and slice. Slice the onion into rings and finely dice the garlic. Mix the red wine with a little salt and pepper, the oregano, and the oil. Mix the prepared vegetables with the dressing and serve the farmer’s salad. Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle it over the salad with the olives.
