Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bulb(s) of fennel
  • 60 g butter
  • 60 g ground almonds
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

tastes good hot and cold

Cut the fennel into pieces and sauté in the heated butter. Then add the almonds, toast them slightly, and deglaze with a good 1/4 liter of water. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Puree everything and season well. It goes perfectly with both cold and warm dishes (especially pasta).
