Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 slices of feta cheese to taste
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- some salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Crack the egg and whisk it in a plate. Cut the feta cheese into pieces approximately 5 x 5 cm and season with salt and pepper. Coat the pieces in flour, then dip them in the egg, and finally coat them in the breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan and fry the breaded feta cheese pieces on each side. Serve with a Greek farmer’s salad and/or ciabatta bread.
