Fish with avocado, shrimp, cream and cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg fish fillet(s) (tilapia fillet or frozen Alaska pollock – fish with firm flesh and no bones)
  • 1 avocado(s) (peeled, pitted and cut into pieces)
  • 300 g shrimp(s) (fresh or cooked)
  • 2 cups of cream (200 ml each)
  • 300 g cheese, grated (Cheddar or Gouda)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Basil leaves, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C. Brush a baking dish with (olive) oil. Season the fish fillet on both sides and place it in the baking dish. Arrange the basil, avocado pieces, and shrimp on top. Pour the cream over the fish and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is a beautiful golden yellow. This recipe is quick to make and tastes incredibly delicious. It goes well with a green salad and rice.
