Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 750 g blackberries
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 60 g flour
  • 40 g corn flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Creek Recipe

Wash the blackberries, drain them, and place them in a baking dish with the honey. Crack the egg into a mixing bowl and sift the wheat flour, cornflour, and baking powder over it. Add salt and honey and mix everything into a firm dough. Form six balls from the dough and arrange them on top of the blackberries. Place the baking dish in a cold oven, then preheat it to 200°C (400°F), and bake for about 25 minutes.
