Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ cup oat flakes, coarse
- ½ cup ground oats (oatmeal)
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Oatmeal – totally healthy and filling
Briefly toast the oat flakes and oatmeal in a non-stick pan. Add the milk, water, and sugar and cook for about 10 minutes until a thick porridge forms. Finally, stir in the cinnamon and serve. Serving tip: I like to eat mine with sliced bananas and dried cranberries.
