Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 30 g oat flakes
- 250 ml milk (oat or almond milk), possibly mixed with milk
- 1 banana(s)
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 6 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 11 minutes
Mix the oat milk or almond milk with plain milk, if desired, and bring to a boil with the oats in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Peel and slice a banana. After 5 minutes of cooking, season with a little sugar. Add the banana, stir, and serve. Tip: Don’t let the porridge sit on the stove for long after adding the banana, as this may cause it to become too soft.
