Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 125 g fat
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 g meat, cooked or roasted
  • 125 g minced pork
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder
  • 500 g vegetables, cooked as desired
  • some gravy

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, baking powder, fat, egg, and a pinch of salt. Line a springform pan (bottom and sides) with it. Cut the meat into small pieces, mix with the minced meat and seasonings, and layer it alternately with the vegetables (e.g., cauliflower, asparagus, peas, mushrooms, beans, or bell peppers) on the pastry. Top with the pastry, press down the edges, and pierce several times with a wooden stick to allow the moisture to escape. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
