Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ head of lettuce
- n. B. Thyme
- 1 small vegetable onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 flatbread(s) (approx. 400 g)
- 100 g feta cheese
Instructions

Clean the lettuce and cut into strips. Chop the thyme. Peel and crush the garlic. Peel and thinly slice the onions. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Mix together the lemon juice, salt, pepper, and thyme. Place the prepared ingredients in a bowl and toss with the dressing. Cut the flatbread into 8 pieces and fill with the lettuce. Crumble the feta cheese, sprinkle over the top, and serve.
