Feta dip with pine nuts and basil

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 4 tbsp capers
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • ½ bunch basil
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dip for ouzo and a meze

Roast and finely chop the pine nuts. Chop the capers as well. Crush the garlic with a little salt. Mix everything with the crumbled feta cheese and olive oil. Stir in the chopped basil and season with pepper.
