Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 60 g feta cheese
- 600 g Greek yogurt (10% fat)
- 1 lemon(s), untreated
- 1 sprig(s) fennel – green
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, black from the mill
- Sugar
Instructions

a delicious dip in just 5 minutes
Finely crumble the feta cheese and blend with the yogurt and olive oil until smooth (using a blender or hand blender). Grate a little lemon zest, squeeze the lemon juice, pluck and finely chop the fennel greens, and stir everything into the feta-yogurt mixture along with salt, sugar, and pepper. It goes perfectly with grilled vegetables (e.g., eggplant, zucchini, etc.) and is also a delicious alternative to tzatziki!
