Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1,000 g minced meat
  • 2 bell peppers, red and green, diced
  • 1 large onion(s), chopped
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 125 g olives, sliced
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup crème fraîche

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Season the minced meat well and fry until crumbly, then sauté the onion and bell peppers. Mix all ingredients together and layer a casserole dish. Pour the crème fraîche over the meat. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
