Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • Olives, black, pickled

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the butter. Pit and quarter the black olives, and add them to the butter. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and let it all rest before serving.
