Sardines in oil – radish – feta salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 can of sardines (oil sardines)
  • 200 g feta cheese or sheep’s cheese
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 1 salt, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Cut radishes into sticks, sardines in oil into chunks, dice cheese, finely chopped garlic, chives into small rings (best cut with scissors), and finely chopped chili pepper. Mix everything together. Add the sardine oil. Let it simmer for about an hour.
