- 250 g quark
- 250 g yogurt
- Garlic as desired

Peel and chop the cucumber (e.g., grate it). Place the cucumber pieces in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, and let stand for half an hour. Then skim off the juice. Mix the cucumber pieces with the quark and yogurt and season with garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Let stand for about an hour.
