Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs, size L
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 160 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- some powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Place the eggs, sugar, and bourbon vanilla sugar in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer until creamy, about 5 minutes. Weigh the flour and stir in portions with the baking powder. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Use a spoon to place some batter onto the baking paper. The batter will spread, so please leave some space between them. You can bake small or large cookies, depending on the amount of batter you use. They are best when they are about 5 cm in diameter. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 10-15 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar before serving. The cookies will be nice and soft on the first day, but then they will become a little dry, which is intentional. For breakfast, they are dipped in milk or coffee, for example. You can also use them to make tiramisu.
