Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- Coffee, boiled, cold
- 4 eggs
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 2 cl Amaretto
- 200 g ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes
Tiramisu with fewer calories but the same enjoyment
Separate the eggs, beat 4 egg yolks and 2 egg whites with powdered sugar and Amaretto until creamy. Stir in the mascarpone and quark. Beat the remaining two egg whites until stiff, then fold in. Line a baking dish measuring approximately 15 x 25 x 5 cm with the sponge fingers, drizzle with coffee (do not drown). Spread a layer of mascarpone mixture on top. Spread a second layer of sponge fingers, then spread the coffee and the remaining mixture on top, then dust with cocoa powder. Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
