Stuffed Fig on Fried Sheep Cheese and Nashi Pear

- 5 Pc. Figs fresh
- 20 g Rice
- 2 Msp Citric acid
- Dill
- 2 Pc. Pear Nashi fresh
- 3 Pc. Sheep cheese round
- Pepper White
- 1 tbsp Currants
- 30 g Pine nuts
- 4 tbsp Sesame oil
- Carefully scoop out the figs with a teaspoon. Finely chop the dill. Mix rice, citric acid, pepper, currants and pine nuts in a bowl. Stuff the figs with it.
- Cut the nashi pear and sheep cheese into talers. Put 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in each pan. Fry the thalers until golden brown over a low heat.
- First place the Nashi pear thaler on a plate, then the sheep cheese thaler and the fig on top. Serve warm.
