Fig and Tomato Salad with Sheep Cheese and Coriander Dressing
The perfect fig and tomato salad with sheep cheese and coriander dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
salad
- 2 Figs fresh
- 5 Medium-Sized vine tomatoes
- 2 Baby yellow peppers
- 70 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
- Onion rings
- Green pepper from the mill
dressing
- 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon Green fresh peppercorns
- 2 teaspoon Calamansi balm vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Flowerhoney
- 1 tablespoon Grapeseed oil
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 0,5 teaspoon Espelette pepper
- Orange pepper salt from my KB
- 1 tablespoon Water
salad
- Wash and quarter the figs. Cut the tomatoes and peppers into rings. Put on a plate.
- Cut the sheep’s cheese into slices. Add to the salad with the onion rings. Add a little pepper.
dressing
- Puree all the ingredients for the dressing.

- Pour the dressing over the salad and season with salt and pepper if necessary. I had a baguette with it.
